We pride ourselves on our staff, and it is essential that all staff must be end-users who have tested equipment and clothing extensively in the field. We look for people with a genuine passion for the outdoors and the ability to lead and motivate a team. The ideal candidate will be a highly active and energetic individual. We expect a comprehensive background of outdoor activity such as hill running, alpine climbing, aid climbing, or expedition experience, a very strong technical knowledge of outdoor equipment and apparel, and a retail and/or customer service background with proven sales skills. You will know how to provide the highest standards of service, and are technically minded, organised and methodical in your work. 

Also desirable is website administration/analytics/SEO experience and systems/stock control management.
